Every Pillow Manga cover and insert is made to order and printed just for you, so we handle returns differently than mass-produced stores.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it free or issue a full refund. Contact support@pillowmanga.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Change of Mind
Because items are custom-printed, we generally can’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check the Size & Fabric Guide before ordering.
Cancellations
Cancel for a full refund within 12 hours of purchase, provided production hasn’t started.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
