- Original artwork you created yourself
- Fan art of existing characters (non-commercial, personal use)
- SFW designs only — fully clothed characters, no suggestive poses or content
- Family-friendly imagery suitable for all ages
What we do not accept
- NSFW, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
- Artwork you do not own the rights to (official merch, traced art, AI art from other artists)
- Hate symbols, offensive imagery, or content targeting individuals
- Copyrighted logos or brand assets
Review process
All custom orders are manually reviewed before production begins. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that does not meet these guidelines.
Refund policy
If your design is rejected, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days. You will be notified by email.
